The rooms are spacious, if a little clinical - if you want chintz & pampering it's not for you. Our room, especially bathroom & toilet, was spotless. The facilities were excellent. There was even a TV guide which was opened @ the right page each day. From 1 August the foyer/bar area became no smoking which was a bonus. It is so convenient for strolling into the city via the road opposite & then alongside the Alster or taking the underground from the station across the road. We would certainly stay again at this or other Suitehotels. They are a great concept. We would recommend them to almost all sections of travellers.

Once again, just returned yesterday from a short weekend trip,
this time to Hamburg.
I´ve had to look after a group of total 17 colleagues.
The main advantage of this property is that all the rooms are fitted with three beds, I´ve booked seven rooms by ThomasCook,
45,94 EUROS per person, breakfast included, not bad.
15 of us arrived early, I´ve managed with the front desk to store
the bags in a separate room.
All the rooms on one floor, no problem to check in when I´ve arrived in the afternoon. Taxi fare from the airport around 20.--
EUROS.
The subway entrance is directly in front off the property,
daily group five ticket, 8.60 EUROs, three stations to the citycenter, 24hour operations during the weekend.
Real friendly staff there.
Spacious rooms, clean, the bathroom, cabin style with bathtub and shower and a separate toilet.
Ok so far.
Bread rolls, croissants, tea, coffee for free during breakfast,
more details available for extra costs.
Also no problem to store our bags after checkout.
All in all a recommendable place for group travel.

Suitehotel, Lovely Hotel, very functional rooms

Decor of building and rooms was a little tastless but that said this is a quality hotel I will stay in again.

Staff not great but apart from that and decor all the other important stuff 10/10

The Suitehotel concept is brilliant, Large 30m Square rooms with seperate toilet and bathroom. The Bathroom is equiped with a shower and a seperate bath. The rooms all have fridges in the rooms with a microwave so you can cook your own meals if needed. complimentary bottle of Evian on arrival and stocks of tea, coffee and hot chocolate provided daily.

Breakfast is continental and best of all free, Croissants, muffins and coffee which you can have in the bar downstairs or take back to your room.

The room also benefits from a safe and tons of storage space. With seperate sofa and the ability to partion a portion of your room, there is little to fault this.

Hotel soundproofing is brilliant. The corridors had music playing at all hours but at night in your room you could hardly hear a pin drop!!

Hotel is directly opposite Lohmulenstrasse U-Bahn (line1) and close by is a huge Asda Walmart if you wish to make food purchases to cook later

The 159 EUR weekend all inclusive rate from Friday to Monday is a steal. The place even has a laundry room where if needed you can wash and iron your clothes free of charge

This puts many 4 and 5 star hotels to shame. Well done Accor and please build more of these type of hotels!!
