Located at the surroundings of Hamburg, the hotel is close to the city, but also already so much outside that you look at a nice country side and the river Alster floating by. The hotel offers spacious rooms and a good bath room, unfortunately without any curtains in the shower (in several rooms). The view to the river and the surrounding are in German country style which gives a nice atmosphere. The breakfast was average, but ok. Overall a bit over-priced.
