“Must try hot chocolate”

The shop downstairs is worth a visit if you are nearby, if only to ogle to large chocolate models of Titanic, Brandenburg Tor and Reichstag. But to really enjoy this location, head upstairs and treat yourself to a hot chocolate drink and maybe a chocolate cake or dessert. Has to be the best ht chocolate I have ever had! Service was polite and swift, prices in line with central Berlin - neither seemed to have suffered from this being a tourist attraction. Well worth a short visit to warm up on a cold day.

“For chocolate lovers”

A chocolate shop on the ground floor and a cafe/restaurant on the first one. The chocolate shop is nice, with sone good stuff, but unfortunately does not propose enough "grand cru" chocolates - chocolates of quality coming from specific producing area. But the restaurant upper is great. Only tried the hot chocolate and desserts, but they are to die for! There are 3 types of hot chocolates, each served in 7 different way! At lunch time, several dishes including chocolate (all of them) are proposed.

“Wonderful Hot Chocolate”

The hot Chocolate in the Cafe upstairs is absolutely heavenly. I had two cups in about 20 minutes. I could not get enough of it.

Fantastic place to visit and the chocolate tastes amazing. The staff were friendly and happy, adding to our experience. Wonderful chocolate shop on the ground floor.

“You just have to see”

A tourist spot for sure but wonderful chocolate and lots of fun to see all the tourist attractions done in a very impressive display. Staff was very polite and helpful with lots of smiles. When I got home I tasted a piece and indeed the candy did melt in your mouth !!
