Speedy wifi connection and great desserts! Self service is much appreciated since it kinda speeds up things.

“Best place to get work done”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 5, 2012

LOVED spending time here. Went here several times to do work. The food and the coffee is great and it's a fun place to get work done. It reminded of coffee shops from back home (Los Angeles).

“Terrible service. Truly terrible.”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed September 28, 2012 via mobile

Waiting at the bar to be served, after 5 minutes waiting the bar staff informed me they only really serve customers from the front end of the bar. There are no signs saying this. So I walk 2 meters around to the front of the bar and a waitress asks the man next to me if he is being served. He says yes and the waitress walks off. I am not being served. 2 minutes later the first bar tender comes back and serves me. Took 10 mins to get two beers from an empty bar with 5 bar tenders / waitresses. I was standing at the wrong end of the bar. Apparently.

“Hype, Young and Trendy with Great public Wifi”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 8, 2012

This cafe seem favorites among the student, in the lunch time till late afternoon, in the 2nd floor full of young people with their laptop connected to the internet! yes this is one of the rare public wifi in Berlin sadly. We came for afternoon tea, so I order Fresh Ginger tea and scone and my wife ordered Cappuccino. The cake was good as well as the coffee, My ginger tea was not so tasteful, I think next time they should grill first the ginger for stronger fragrant or just boiled together with the water and not just put slice of fresh ginger in the hot water :( . Try their mango quiche, that was sensational !The Location is Great , take an U bahn and get out in Rosenthaler platz you will find this cafe and with so many young designer opening the Boutique near by, this place is perfect for young people to hang out! Just walk on the direction of Torstrasse, you will find nice new designer store.
