There are two floors in this restaurant: ground floor being a high end bistro and 1st floor fine dining cuisine. When I booked a table I thought it would be only the bistro and I realized they had two concepts only after the dinner (in the fine dining floor), but it doesn't really bother me as the experience was unforgettable (but quite pricy).
The menu concept was a bit confusing with different ingredients and experiences but waiters were very helpful. We took the shortest option (which was more than enough) coupled with drinks. The portions were exceptionally well prepared and imaginative, but what really set this apart from many other great restaurants was the matching of food with the drinks. Many of the combinations were out of this world really! The service was helpful and friendly throughout the dinner and they explained each food and drink separately (there was however some differences with the waiters some being quite brief and not really giving the full briefing). The only miss with regards to the food was our final dessert where the cooked fruit was not steamed long enough. We mentioned this and the waiter was very apologetic & understanding and offered to replace the dishes, but as we were already a bit too full we asked them to take the dish out of the bill, which they did. The portions are quite large, so we felt even a bit too well fed after the dinner. The atmosphere is modern, but friendly.
Next time I'll try the ground floor bistro, which seemed to share the kitchen with the fine dining floor. Maybe I get to enjoy more of their great wines with some good food, but for somewhat cheaper price.
