Large modern hotel in West Berlin, close to the Kurfstendamm. Stayed here for a week. It's a good base from which to explore Berlin. Around 5 minutes walk to Nollendorfplatz U-Bahn or you could hire bikes as we did ( hire shop located just down the road from the hotel in the parade of shops/cafes before the station). Berlin is terrific for cycling.
The hotel is ultra - modern, especially the reception areas, and our room was comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the city, sofas, coffee table, tea and coffee making facilities, good bed.
We found most of the staff to be friendly and helpful, if a bit rushed at times. Think the hotel is a popular business / conference choice, BMW had a massive event there during our stay.
Overall I would recommend as a solid Berlin hotel although next time we will stay in East Berlin, (Friedrichshain / Prenzlauer Berg) it's far more vibrant than the West.
