We went there this afternoon for a small family gathering. They had a good choice of homemade cakes (mousse au chocolat, NY cheese cake, tarte au citron to name a few) all around €3.60. That's fairly expensive for Berlin but alright for this part of town. The cakes were delicious, too. My favourite was the mousse au chocolat cake. The macarons weren't quite as good - the filling is a bit too buttery...
The service was quite good - quick but not pushy. There was special hot chocolate for the little one (not too hot, with lots of milk), and books and stuff to draw for the kids, too.
The atmosphere is comfy-chic. I can very well imagine spending a winter afternoon in one of the armchairs, reading, drinking chai....
