I really loved visiting the Bauhaus museum. I love the style, and so it was very interesting to see a lot of examples in one room together.
There were many 'studies' from pupils - such as colour studies, or mock ups. These told the story of the unique form of education that they received. As an educational scientist this was especially interesting for me, and the audio tour, as well as the exhibit plaques did a great job of explaining things.
There were also many paintings, design objects (teapots, chairs etc.)and architectural models. The museum shop was also very good. It's the kind in which you want to buy everything they've got, so bring some spare change ;-)
I recommend using the audio tour. And I heartily recommend you going here if you are in any way interested in art, education, architecture, typography or interior and product design.
