We made a reservation with this hotel and were not given any type of warning of their cancellation policy neither in the written confirmation, our conversations with them, nor on their website. We were delayed and missed our flight and were not able to get on another flight. We called as soon as possible to warn them and they said they would still charge us for the entire weekend! If I had known that I would never have booked with them in the first place. I think the first night is fair as there was not much notice given but over 24 hours notice for the second night? Also I find it very difficult to believe that they had to turn away other customers in the middle of February. Not only did they charge us for the two nights but they also charged us for breakfast on both days which we did not eat! Find a different hotel. Normal hotel policy is the first night's charge for cancellations. This is pure profit for them as they did not incur any expenses associated with our stay-cleaning, laundary, food, etc.
