“Truly beautiful”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 4, 2013

We were able to enjoy the gate from both sides, late one afternoon and early one morning. It is easy to drive to and there is parking to facilitate photo ops. The salty pretzels we bought were great and it certainly helps to have souvenir shops and great coffee right there.

“Worth seeing.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 4, 2013 via mobile

Definitely worth seeing. It's infested with tourists and people trying to scam money from you, but the Tor itself if pretty magnificent. Wish they had a few more signs with info about it.

“Date with history”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 4, 2013

This is probably the most or one of the most crowded place or say saught after place in Berlin .
i will recommend a visit to this place . The monument in iteself may not be such a spectacular place but this is sort of key area in Berlin and you can find lot more intresting places around this gate.
There are lots of people around showing there talent and vendros , you can take a horse cart ride as well from this place.
Do bargain if you wana try the cart.
I really loved the place .

“in between a huge park Tiergarten and the Unter den Linden”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 4, 2013

When visiting Berlin, you will hit this place and feel how large and spacious are all the Boulevard in this City... How interesting to find out where was the Wall build just behind the gate. From there it is easy to walk on the Under den Linden. We could not walk much in the park because of the snow but I believe this is a must during warmer days
