This cafe is a great place to sit and chat with friends, it has a large indoor and outdoor seating area, and serves good coffee. However, service is very slow, since the guy making the coffee is also working the till and doing other odd jobs, etc.
We ordered a panini as well, which was not really a panini but more like a sandwich with Italian-inspired ingredients that took 15-20 minutes to get to us.
I enjoyed eating here, just don't come if you're in a hurry.

My husband and I love this place, which we regularly visit alone or with our friends, sometimes just for a quick coffee, some other times for lunch.

Italian food is served here, and I mean the real stuff! Excellent choice of cold cuts and cheese, as well as fresh salads, a few simple but tasty pasta dishes, fantastic sandwiches and even piadina (Italian flat bread usually filled with ham and cheese...possibly their best sandwich!).

The atmosphere is cool but relaxed at the same time, and when the sun is shining you can enjoy your coffee while you seat outside and read a book, or simply watch the Mitte crowd passing by!

Don't miss it while in Mitte!

This place has become one of my absolute favorites in Berlin for breakfast or lunch if I am up for coffee and a sandwich! Great quality, every time. The Panino con porchetta is fantastic! Nice atmosphere inside and great place to sit outside if weather is good!
