“What a good idea”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

We stayed at the Casa Camper to celebrate my sons birthday. It is a refreshing hotel, great design, clean, everything you need and very nice staff. I have never seen several guests shake a waitresses hand before on leaving.
It is true that the breakfasts are perhaps a little more basic, but are still good. The very good idea was 24 hour access to soft drink and food instead of minibars on the rooms. This went down very well with all our party. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Room Tip: all the rooms were pretty similar

We stayed at the Case Camper Berlin before and we are just in love with it! Great location, great rooms, great staff and the top floor free snacks and drinks is a real plus in a city like this. It is great to catch your breath and just relax with a great view over the city and a nice cup of coffee or tea* (and some m&m's)

This is a well located, designer, functional hotel. Included in the price are free refreshments and food available on the top floor 24hours a day. The staff are very friendly. We found the design of the room to be a bit too utilitarian

We enjoyed everything about this hotel. Location is ideal in the desirable Mitte district. The hotel itself is beautifully designed; rooms are cleverly layed out and extremely comfortable. Staff were youthful and enthusiastic and always happy to assist us.

This hotel is wonderful. The rooms are spacious and stylishly modern. Even the waste paper basket was a work of art! Clean lines and everything working efficiently. Comfortable beds, fierce and multiple shower heads and fresh water delivered to the room daily. The only problem we had was that our room was a bit stuffy and the air con did not seem as cool as it should be.
Upstairs is a breakfast/snack room with views across the city. Freshly cooked breakfast is bought to your table and the fruit, smoothies, juices and bread are all appetisingly displayed. The coffee is fragrant and my cafe crema was perfect. But apparently the tea bags are a little weak. This area is open all day for snacks and hot and cold drinks. There is also a comfortable seating area with books and a small bodega area with an honesty bar. Great location too and staff helpful and friendly.

Room Tip: We overlooked the Steiner School opposite the road but it was still quiet.

We stayed for 2 nights, 2 adjacent rooms on the 5th floor (high floors recommended by reviewers so requested them), we had no problem at all from street noise or the lift so glad of the advice. The rooms are well designed and thought out - fantastic shower and everything spotlessly clean, both in the rooms and throughout the hotel.
The staff were extremely helpful from my early enquiries by email and throughout our visit.
The 7th floor has panoramic views over Mitte and serves free snacks and drinks all day with an honesty bar for alcoholic drinks. On offer are sandwiches, fruit, smoothies, breads every type of tea, coffee and delicious home made cake. My children quickly called it "7th heaven " and loved it there! In the morning, white linen tablecloths are on the table and again, a great buffet along with omelettes, pancakes etc are cooked to order.
The day before we arrived there had been a power cut in Mitte and as a consequence our air conditioning wasn't working so our room was uncomfortably warm (windows don't open) - the staff were very apologetic and maintenance were out first thing the next day to try to fix it. We were also given 50% off both our rooms which we were delighted with.
The hotel is very well situated, minutes from the underground and a brilliant selection of restaurants, really cool coffee shops (the Barn and Cafe Mitte definitely worth checking out) and shops in general - a skate shop with a bowl in it too called Titus which my son loved.
Would definitely stay at Casa Camper again due to the design of the rooms, cleanliness, friendliness and location.
