We spent 6 nights in this modern hotel. The rooms are well designed and equipped. On our first night we had a comfort room with a bathroom made for handicapped people. The hotel was fully booked, but after the first night they upgraded us to a superior room with a city view. The rooms are spacious and super clean, the housekeeping staff is doing a great job. The staff at the reception was kind and very helpful, with perfect English and always with a smile on their faces.
Non the less, there were couple of disadvantages. First, the wifi connection didn't work for us. The reception guy said it should be working and couldn't offer any help. We surfed through the net in restaurants, but if you need a 24/7 connection, there might be a problem.
Second, there is a construction work being done in front of the hotel. The rooms are quite and well isolated, but yet, one morning it woke us up. In the near future, it might be best to ask for a room with a courtyard view. We tried but it was fully booked.
One last thing. The hotel is located in the heart of Berlin, but there aren't shopping centers or restaurants near by. It takes 10 minutes or so to get to the hakesher markt area or to friedrich strasse. Non the less, right behind the hotel there is a restaurant called "chips", a great place for breakfast if you ain't having it at the hotel.
Overall, a great hotel with a good money value. Very recommended!
