“Great food and atmosphere.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 3, 2012

I ate here recently on a short trip to Berlin, we were staying in a hotel near Adenaurplatz and Kurfurstendam and Graffiti is located right on the intersection. It was only a short walk from the hotel but still surrounded by other places to eat. We were a late walk in on a Friday night with no booking but were still greeted warmly by the staff and they quickly found a table and seated us without any fuss even though the place was packed. We decided to share a starter after seeing the size of them and quickly realised this was a good idea as the portions were extremely generous as well as being very tasty. Our main courses were again well proportioned and cooked to perfection. We had drinks and a desert and even followed up with cocktails, the food arrived in good time, the staff were attentive and pleasant and it all added to the overall experience of the night, which was faultless. Every trip I make to Berlin in the future will definitely involve a trip back to Graffiti.

“Make sure you are very hungry before you eat here!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 29, 2012

I loved it here. We went for a meal on a cold October evening. We hadn't booked but were welcomed in. There is a lot of choice on the menu. To start I shared the nachos with melted cheese with my partner as I had seen the size of someone the portions coming out of the kitchen!
They were delicious and came with dips but we didn't finish them as wanted to save room for our mains.
I had a vegetarian pizza which was absolutely loaded with fresh vegetables - still with a bit of bite and not too soft.
My partner had a Weiner schnitzel (pork in breadcrumb) which came with chips. Both meals were very tasty. We then shared a giant slab of cake - a traditional German cherry cake.
With a couple of beers, 2 glasses of wine, an Irish coffee and a cocktail the bill came to just under 55 euros which I thought was very reasonable.
The place had a good atmosphere and we returned the following night just for another cocktail. Lovely!

“Came here every day”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 22, 2012

Staying nearby Graffiti became the place where we met to start our day and we were there for mornings, afternoons and evenings over the space of a few days.

Loads of outdoor seating which in the warm weather made it a hot spot for locals. Great range of coffees and breakfasts which we took advantage of and one night we hit the schnapps in the far end!

We even watched the European Cup final there were, despite being really busy, the beers were flowing and the staff very friendly. Ate here once or twice and was all very good without being brilliant. Breakfasts were cheap and filling and main meals were well portioned and tasty.

Well worth a beer outside

“Only if you are hungry....”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed April 25, 2012

Good location, but just looking at the menue, with a hundred dishes, rings a warning bell!
Service is ok, not more.
If you are hungry, and don´t care too much about what you get (!) this will be an ok deal.
I rather step a few more meters away from this busy traffic light crossing for much much better value for money...

“Other reviews fair but good in cold too”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 12, 2012 via mobile

Yes it does have huge portions in both mains and desserts. It is good for people watching but it comes into its own on a day like we won: bitterly cold. Sit behind the glass and enjoy all the above!
