I stayed at this hotel for two nights in early July 2013. I was traveling with two couples, and collectively we occupied three rooms. The hotel is centrally located, a few blocks from the Main River; the downtown shopping/walking area and The Residence Palace, a UNSECO heritgage site. We arrived early and were able to get our rooms without any problem. The staff was bi-lingual and helpful. The wi-fi was not operational when we arrived, but later in the day (when a younger desk clerk was on duty), the wifi was up and running. The hotel is multi-story and does not have an elevator. If you are traveling with many bags, this can be problematic because you will be walking up and down numerous flights of stairs. The breakfast was standard fare, with a selection of cold cuts, cheeses, fresh fruit, cereral, yougart, scrambled eggs, sausages and breads and rolls. I made three phone calls, local and international using the house phone which I later learned were not expensive. There were two public parking lots within a 4 minute walk, and metered parking on the street in front of the hotel. The TV worked and there was sufficent hot water. The rooms were clean, but seemed a little outdated. Overall, it was a good stop. I would return again.
