On arriving at this hotel, we were concerned by its position on a busy main road but had no problem with noise at night.
Lovely fresh looking rooms and bathrooms. Quality of bedding was good with comfortable beds.
Small bar downstairs. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice.
We had a meal in the restaurant and all our party had excellent meals. Great atmosphere, food and wine.

My wife found this gem while looking for an nearby overnight before our Danube river cruise in September. We knew it was going to be nice as soon as we arrived, there's a lovely patio (in season, of course) and the lobby was spotless. We arrived a little early and were warmly greeted by the owner Francesco. He suggested we enjoy a cocktail while our room was being prepared(didn't have to twist our arms!) and also recommended an excellent German beer he had on tap in the well stocked bar. When the room was ready he carried our bags up the one flight(no elevator). Room wasn't huge but the bed was extremely comfortable, bathroom was huge and SPOTLESS!
Onsite restaurant was gourmet-quality and very reasonable. It seems like everyone in town dines there and Francesco seemed to know them all by name. All the staff were excellent and most patient with our inability to speak German. Breakfast buffet was great too! Lots of variety, all very fresh. Just a 10 euro cab ride to the dock too! You should stay here!!
