“Great location”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 18, 2013

The hotel is very close to the Weisser Turm station exit via Breite Gasse / Ludwigsplatz. Its a small hotel and friendly. Our room was ready on arrival 1:00pm. The lift is small but there are stairs which are large and bright. . Breakfast was included - lots of variety breads/rolls, meats, cheeses, fruit salad, yogurts, croissants, cereals, small cakes/danish, fruit juices, tea coffee. There was no hot food but I'm very happy and enjoy a good continent breakfast.
The room was clean and comfortable. There was a bar in the room but I think was quite pricey. The service was very good and friendly. The bathroom is small not much space for toiletries with small shower cubicle. Room lacked a full length mirror. The Wii was a bit flakey. But otherwise no complaints. Very comfortable and very enjoyable stay. There was a laptop and printer in the breakfast room which was available for customer use I think.
Would defiantly recommend this hotel
We had a wonderful time in Nurmeburg. We brought a Nurmberg card (http://tourismus.nuernberg.de/en/book-order/nuernbergcard.html) which is great value especially if visiting the Zoo, Dokumentationszentrum Reichsparteitagsgelaende, Nazi Party Rally Grounds, DB Museum ( although we didn't think much of it!), Kaiserburg, and also includes all your travel.

This is nice and simple hotel in downtown. Really, really well located. Staff is friendly, rooms are small but ok and breakfast is great. What I don't like was cigarette smell in the bathroom and very weak wifi. Parking cost eur 15 per day but ask for 10% off at the reception. I can recommend this hotel, because for the price you will get good service.

On our way to Aistria we stayed here for one night. Price-quality was very good: simple but clean room, and a quite good breakfast. In walking distance of the city center. If you're lucky you can park (on Sundays) for free in front of the hotel, otherwise there is a parkinggarage in the street, where you get a discount as hotel guest.

We were a group of seven friends, who visited this place to spend our one-week holiday in December 2012. And ,we really enjoyed each and every moment there. Location in the center of city was the reason that we chose this place and it proved to be right. Major shopping streets and tourist spot were very near this place and we did a lot of shopping, besides exploring the well-known places of the city. Rooms were good and buffet breakfast was excellent. I would love to stay here again.

The Garden Hotel was at a great location for the Christmas market and for shopping in general. The breakfast that came with the room was really good - lots of variety. The beds were comfortable and quiet. The person at the front desk even loaned us umbrellas with the hotel name on them. They came in really handy for finding each other in the crowd.

Great location, would not want to stay outside of old city walls, this is a great hotel for inside the walls. Walk to all attractions, shopping and train station. Area was quite at night so we had three good nights sleep.

Room Tip: Very safe area. Front desk not there late at night, must arrange for a late arrival ahead of time.

Stayed here for a business trip in the fall. Hotel is small but comfortable. Rooms are also small but are quiet and it is easy to get a good nights rest. Well maintained and close to the main shopping areas of Nuremburg. Reasonably priced hotel with typical German breakfast offerings.
