“Typical old German Church”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 11, 2013

I'm kind of "if you've seen one, you've seen em all." when it comes to these churches, but during Weinachtsmarkt, you can pay a small fee to go up on the balcony and overlook the Weinachtsmarkt. That alone would be worth the visit!

“Step inside if you at the Hauptmarket Square”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 23, 2013

This lovely church (commissioned by Emperor Charles IV) has a "user guide" translated in a number of languages for visitors who step inside the building. Just pick your preferred language from the rack on the back wall of the church and then site back and read the commentary on the artwork before wandering around and appreciating how they brought this church dating back to 1352 back to life after the WW2 bombing raids on Nuremberg.

“Lovely church dedicated to Our Lady”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 14, 2013

This is a lovely church with wonderful stained glass windows and some interesting side objects including a very small niche chapel with a touching pieta. The clock outside the church puts on a bit of a show at noon that is a delight. Worth the visit especially as it is located on the main square with stores, cafes, and various markets.

“High standard Church Building”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 3, 2013

I liked the way the Church is built, with very expensive decor. I didn't like to see mostly old people atending. Very rare to find youths in the church programs.

“Historic Church facing Market”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 22, 2013

Beautiful Church which was bombed during WWII. Therefore there are modern touches. Sunday Mass was a great experience in German, French and English.
