We stayed here for one night before a river cruise.
Property location is excellent. It is near the Albrecht Durer House, and a short walk to the market square. It seems a very safe area, and there were restaurants within walking distance.
The hotel public areas are attractive and well-maintained. There is a breakfast buffet, which is very good, although not free.
Our room was on the top floor. It was very clean, but the elevator does not go to the top floor, and it was oddly laid out, with the bathroom accessible by climbing four or five steps. There was a lovely patio, with a view of the Kaiserburg castle.
The stairs did not turn out to be a problem, as our baggage did not arrive in Nuremberg when we did (which is why we usually arrive the day before the cruise). The front desk staff was very helpful in communicating with the airline's lost luggage office, and storing our luggage after checkout in their very restricted space behind the desk, while we did a little more sightseeing before heading to the port to meet the ship.
All in all, a very good stay, and I would recommend the Agneshof.
