As an American very disappointed w/ the expensive but disgracefully bad Tex-Mex restaurants in Munich, I was encouraged to try out Escobar because of its good reviews. Yet another let-down. I ordered their signature item, steak fajitas. It had the typical wrong ingredients that Germans add and which don't belong (e.g. corn, zucchini), left out a bunch of critical ingredients (e.g. sauteed red peppers strips, shredded cheddar/jack cheese), and generally screwed things up (e.g. burrito-sized tortillas instead of fajita-sized tortillas, overcooked tough steak). And of course everything was bland as Bavarians like it.
