We were in Munich on vacation for 6 days and this restaurant was the highlight of our trip. It was recommended by our Radius Tour guide as an authentic local place. It is tucked away in an alley behind Heiliggeisekirche on Heiliggeissestrasse adjacent to the Victualingmarkt. The service was excellent and the food really delicious. My husband ordered a mushroom dish with a dumpling that was amazing. We also really loved the pumpkin soup. We also enjoyed a nice dry Reisling not available in the US. Beer is clearly a cheaper option in Munich but we enjoyed the treat. We loved everything about the place. Being a great value too made it all the better .
