We had our best meal in Germany here after an impulse stop for lunch while walking to Marienplatz. The cucumber soup was delicious, the salad, magnificent. Unfortunately, the price tag, outrageous. I don't mind paying for good food, but 40 euros for a pork entree for lunch in a simple restaurant was too much. BEWARE when they don't give you a menu and just tell you the specials. Perhaps, you'll be more fortunate in getting a fairer deal here.
