My sisters, niece and I stopped for crepes here on July 2, 2012. There were very few people in this establishment when we arrived. We did not really feel very welcome but since we were hungry and tired from a long, long day of touring and wanted something light, it seemed like the perfect meal choice. We were presented with menus and we had learned to ask if the restaurant might have the menu in English (all of the restaurants we had gone to did indeed have a menu in English), the waiter told us to figure it out. We took the challenge and only ordered what we could figure out, of course. The crepes were nothing spectacular. I had an apricot crepe which was just okay. When we had finished we asked for our check. The waiter completely ignored us. He was very busy just chatting with people at the bar. After waiting patiently about an hour we decided to stand up and approach the bar and he continued to ignore us and kept talking to these other people who were not even customers! At this point we were dead tired, had a so-so meal and now this jerk was too engrossed in a conversation to just give us our check so we could leave. Finally, his conversation partners left and he gave us our bill. There was no thank you for being patient, no thank you at all. Considering all the wonderful places we had the pleasure of enjoying in Munich, considering the much better food, and superior service elsewhere, I would encourage anyone not to go to this restaurant unless you like being ignored.
