“The staff's help is superb!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 6, 2012 via mobile

Clean, comfortable, quiet. All staff members are extremely helpful with all matters and speak flawless English. They will direct you on how to use the train system as well as guide you to the neighborhoods best restaurants and bars. Each staff member seems more brilliant than the last. The property sits in a cute slow paced area but has most essential needs.

Hotel Laimer Hof is a wonderful small hotel located in a great neighborhood. The hotel staff were very helopful and courteous. Great breakfast buffet. The hotel is located near several public transportation stops with 10 to 15 minute access to the central city. This hotel provided the greatest value of any place we stayed during our recent 3 week vacation Europe.

Room Tip: We liked the upper level rooms better than the first floor - even thought there is a bit of a climb...

My children and I stayed at this beautiful hotel for three nights whilst on holiday in Munich. Very impressed by the staff, the cleanliness of our comfortable room and breakfasts, what we found most impressive was the location. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, which made for a very nice and peaceful sleep. Nymphenburg Palace is a short walk away, as are several good restaurants and easy access to the trams and buses to take you into Munich center. The friendly front desk staff are very good at providing directions and making suggestions on visiting local sites. I would happily stay here again.

We stayed at the Laimer Hof as part of a biking tour of Germany. It is a nice place with a most excellent and solicitous staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable but since the hotel does not have a lift the rooms on the upper floors are accessible only by stairs which were somewhat difficult for us because of knee problems. However, Sebatian and Jan were more than happy to tote our luggage up the stairs for us. They were also excellent sources of information about tours of the city and surrounding areas. The continental breakfast they offered each day was very nice with fresh breads and rolls etc. The hotel itself is near public transportation as well as several very nice restaurants. We would definitely consider staying at the Laimer Hof if we visit Munich again.

Room Tip: If you have any infirmaties it would be better to have a ground floor room.

We stayed just one night in Munich during a road trip across the country,
So we didn't look for a place in the heart of city and paying a large amount of money.
The front person welcomed us very kindly and help us with everything we need for travel in the city just for one day!
From routes, sightseeing and even current festivals which occured during our stay!
We also needed to print our flight tickets so he helped us about that and used the printer's hotel.
The room was a little bit small but for us it was great & clean, the location was great. very quiet neighbourhood with a parking place of the hotel!

Recommend for everybody :)

We stayed here 5 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. Staff are great, all spoke good English & only too happy to advise on restaurants etc.. Rooms are comfortable and clean, bathroom was a good size. Trams are only a few minutes walk away and less than 15 minutes into town. Looking forward to returning next year

This small hotel is in a quiet residential area but close to all forms of transport into downtown Munich or airport. The staff are very friendly and gave us the full briefing when we arrived including walking us to our room to show us all the features. The beds were comfortable and the room was very quiet. We had the breakfast in the morning (extra) and it was good. There is also the largest beer garden within a 10 minute walk plus some very nice restaurants/patisseries to choose from. Would stay here again!
