We stayed at Anna hotel the first week of April with our two little boys (6 and 4). Despite having booked well ahead of time, it seems we were still given one of the smallest rooms available (I see other travelers' photos and none of them look like our room). Having said that, the bathroom was almost the same size as the sleeping area with lots of empty space which is very poor architectural planning. Plus, this empty pace could have been used more effectively by putting in some kind of storage units, such as shelves,cabinets, etc to make use of the space.
On the beds, I am surprised to see other reviewers' comments on the comfort of the beds. Maybe theirs' were refurbished recently. Our bed(s) were sinking in the middle and we had quite uncomfortable sleeps for the 3 nights we were there. The extra roll-away bed was more comfortable than the permanent beds!!
On the positive, breakfast was quite good with a friendly waiter. I can't say the same thing for the dinner service though! Despite the wasted space, the bathroom was nice and modern with very nice rain shower.
not sure if I would stay here again as I don't think it was good value for the money. This was the only available option for us as it was a very busy time for Munich.

If a family with kids is staying with us we always try to allocate the best suitable room to enable their stay as comfortable as possible. With regards to your comments it seems that this has been not occurred in your case and we would like to apologize for this. We regret that you had an uncomfortable sleep during your stay and any inconvenience this may caused. We are doing refurbishment in our property ongoing and one aspect of this process is also the exchange of the beds for all rooms. We are delighted to read your positive observation on our breakfast and our staff from the service and our bathrooms.
