“You need 3-4 days to fully discover this garden”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 19, 2013

This garden is huge, me and my wife went walking there a few times, and we never really saw the whole garden, there are just too many things to do, and too many activities for families to do, one of the most astonishing things in this garden was seeing surfers surf on Isar river!!

definitely would recommend this place on a beautiful day, whether you're interested in eating, drinking, horse riding, biking, hiking, surfing, skating, playing football, kayaking..... I could go all day.

Off course it is just a park, but it is big and you can take a swimm on hot days! A blast to spend is hit day in water among all the Germans.

“Nice place to take a walk, swim in the small canal, eat lunch and relax!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 18, 2013

There was something for everyone at this park. There is even an artifical wave for surfers! One could also swim in parts of the canal near the wave area. We ate lunch in the restaurant section by the Chinese Tower two times. The roast chicken was really good. The park even has ravens which were interesting to watch.
