We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, and spoke good English. The room we stayed in was very nice, they supplied over the normal amount of bathroom amenities, and the shampoo/wash/lotion was so nice I bough a gift pack of them from the lobby!! There is a bus stop right next to the hotel (which is about a 5 min drive to the ostbahnhof station that will connect you to pretty much anywhere you need to go), and a restaurant attached (we didn't eat there as the price of the buffet breakfast was €17.50, so we didn't look any further into their menu- we mostly ate at the bus/train stations as the food was really good and cheap). There is also a sauna and solarium that wasn't advertised when we booked the hotel, so it was a nice surprise, but we didn't check them out. They offer a variety of charger converters (mostly geared towards phones), that you can use during your stay as well. You do have to pay extra for the indoor parking @ €10/night (or take your chances finding a spot on the street), I found the indoor parking almost terrifying, as you had to park on a really steep incline and there isn't much room between vehicles. That was the only real downside, except that the free wireless is only good for 24 hours, then you have to pay for it (there was two of us, so we each got a 24 hour code and password, as we were only there for 2 days we shared the code/password and had internet the whole stay). If I ever go back to Munich I would def go back here.

We booked 3 rooms in this hotel one month in advance and rooms have been paid, but upon arrival they said that they are overbooked and they don't have enough rooms for us. This is the only hotel I have ever seen in my entire life which could give already paid room to someone else hoping you will not show up.

Please be aware of that and double check if there is still a room for you.

Hotel and rooms are neat, clean and comfortable. But that's about as good as it gets. Hotel is way too far from the city center - atleast 2 train change and one bus ride need to reach by public transport i.e. a good 30-45 mins. Also the internet connection is very bad and on asking the hotel staff they say this is what you will get for free, so that was bad!! No air conditioning or fans in rooms so it was hot. Rooms on ground floor (which is what i got) were quite noise with noises from nearby parking lot.

Room Tip: Avoid ground floor rooms.

This spanish managed hotel is a perfect example of how to do things wrong. Small rooms with extremely worn furniture. Staff is anything than friendly and prices are high for what you get. If you have to go there in case of emergency avoid the hi-rated breakfast, cross the street and have it at the bakery. Thus, escape from Spain and come back to Germany, were you wanted to go.

Very nice staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean, similar to other NH hotels I've stayed at. Hotel is not in the center of town but it's next to a bus stop that will take you into town. Great affordable Italian next door. Also across from the hotel is a nice bakery with sandwich and coffee drinks.

Stayed here 1 night on a work trip. Reception staff were friendly & helpful. Rooms were warm (it was snowing outside) & beds were comfortable. Quite a strange set up, there seemed to be more corridor than room and it was quite sparsely furnished with no carpets. Bathroom seemed clean and was adequate.

Rooms at front were noisy from the road outside and if you had to open the windows in warmer weather the noise would be unbearable.

Breakfast was included in our rate. When we went in, there were a few empty tables but no one had cleaned them. We asked for one to be cleared and went to get some food but when we came to sit down and eat, it was still overflowing with dirty cups and plates. It did eventually get cleared but the staff were certainly in no rush. However, the choice at breakfast was reasonable (for Europe) although items like fresh fruit did not get replenished despite there being another hour and a half to go before breakfast finished.

We got taxis to & from the hotel & out to a restaurant in the evening so can't really comment on its location or transport links.

All in all, it was adequate for one night but wouldn't be despeate to return.

Room Tip: Rooms at the front are noisy
