“Average hotel with a great breakfast!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 days ago NEW

Booked this hotel based on price point and fairly decent reviews on trip advisor. Hotel is approximately 45 minutes away from the airport via train (Take the S8 train and get off at Pasing station) and then another 10-15 minute walk from there to the hotel.

Rooms are very small, in fact probably the smallest Ive ever stayed in. That said they are clean and suited our needs well. Breakfast is the big trump card for this place and probably the only draw for the hotel.

Positives:
*Great spread at breakfast time
*Quiet location and close to Pasing Arcaden (Multi storey shopping centre)

Negatives:
* Internet access only in hotel lobby and isn't free
* Very small rooms with no tea/coffee making facilities and a barely viewable/working 15" tv
* Water temperature for the shower can vary on peak usage times (to the point it can burn you)
* Receptionist wasn't that friendly
* Dated interior

Check in was at 2pm but despite returning at 3.30pm the room was still unavailable so another room was given to us. Very dated and in need of repair everywhere. The heating in the room was not working and it was so cold that layers of clothing had to be worn in order to sleep. Breakfast looked ok but was put by the strong smell of cheese. So breakfast elsewhere. Would not recommend and definitely would stay here again.

The room was very small and clean. Very thin walls ,could clearly hear the people in next room.. No kettle, luckily I took my own.. You have to pay for wifi. (2 Euro for 1/2 hour) We managed to park on the road so did not have to pay 10 Euro a day to use hotel parking. Hotel very convenient for number 19 tram into Munich . The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Lovely crusty rolls and pleasant staff.

The breakfast was very good. Near Munich Pasing Station. There is a train to Neuschwanstein Castle(need to transfer) on 9 am, so it is perfect to use Bayern Ticket on weekdays (only available after 9 am). We can see Tram No. 19 stop is just out of Pasing station. The tram departs every 10~20 minutes. Take 4 stops to Am Knie stop and walk 3 minutes to the hotel. And 20 minutes to take the tram to Munich center.

Girls from reception are so friendly! I have never met people in the hotel like that.
Thank you a lot.
Especially Ulrike and second receptionist (Sorry, that I didn't ask your name).

Location is very good. You should use S Bahn, or even RB from Pasing Bahnhof. If you take tram, it will take very long to get to the center of the city. However you could sightseeing during tram trip.
If you take RB from Pasing Bahnhof, it takes 5 minutes to the central station of Munich.

Best regards,
Julia

The rooms are very good, clean and big enough.
The equipment seems from the 80s', but there was nothing damaged.

I got a really nice breakfast for very small price.

Unfortunately you can hear the TVs from rooms next to yours, but this is not bad for me.

Outdated reception and lobby, bad bathroom with a toilet in the middle of the room, wireless only in the lobby and paid by the hour, dismissive receptionist...
Compared with the rest of the hotel, the room was clean and decent, but the overall impression does not correspond to hotel with 3 stars
