Room: Basic room with kitchentte. 2 single beds pushed together, 1 moderate-sized window.
Parking: Easy metered street-parking right outside.
Transportation: Metro/subway very close, a few stops to tourist center.
Staff: Friendly, helpful.
Location: Not in city's tourist center, but a quick metro/subway hop away, maybe 10 minutes, or 4 stops, from central Munich sights. Numerous restaurants and hotels nearby.
Breakfast: Large complete breakfast included, above average for basic hotels in Europe.
Other: Internet terminal in lobby. Nice active bar in lobby, for a nightcap.
Recommend: For no-frills travellers, a good reasonable option.

Amenaties within this hotel were poorly maintained and unclean. The clothes washing machines and dryer were unclean. Some employees were very helpful and just great. Others were not very friendly at all. In general, I loved Munich. Unfortunatly - this hotel did not represent the city very well.

The mattress in my room was very uncomfortable and felt cheap.

I raised my concerns to hotel managment and they nevery bothered to reply.

The hotel is not spectacular but it's ok and good value for money. Its central location (two subway stops away from the town hall) is a big plus. Despite this it's on a quiet side street -- no problems sleeping there at all. The room that we slept in was spacious and decorated in a neutral style. The bathroom was new and spotless; I liked the floor heating. Breakfast was plentiful, the waiters average friendly. Reception was very helpful. The only thing I would not recommend is the bar, which is quite overpriced. Staff at the bar was quite surly, our request to turn off a blaringly loud TV (in addition to the obnoxious music that came out of other loudspeakers) was not heeded, so we just left and went to the lovely Italian restaurant that is integrated in the hotel. In sum: the hotel serves its purpose and I would stay there again.

This is a nice place to stay. Although this hotel might not be super fancy, nor like the big chain place, but it's very clean, homy and classic.
The location can't beat, it's 5 minutes walk from metro, and also within walking distance to the museums. It's in the city center, but rather in a quiet neighborhood area, peaceful.
The room is super clean, has big window to look out. The bathroom is heated, it might be little too warm for my taste, but it's thoughtful.
Also it has mini refrigerator with two free water and beer, along with a hot water kettle in the room, it's quiet convient.
Like most German hotels, it has good free breakfast.
There are lots of nieghborhood restaurants near by, you have ample choices too.
