Just back from a 2 night stay. Hotel was spotlessly clean, good location - 5 minute walk to tube station and nice and quiet.
Was impressed with breakfast choice, read previous comments and was a bit unsure but can quite honestly say we have a good breakfast on both mornings (our breakfast was inc in the price at time of booking).
Bed was really comfortable, there was even an iron and ironing board in room.
The only thing I would say that could be improved would be more choice of english tv channels.
After our first visit to Munch we will be returning next year and will be booking same hotel.

So the reception staff are very welcoming and full of useful knowledge, that's a plus, as is the quietness of the hotel, and a nice comfy bed, but the negatives - the shower just takes forever to get a setting that works, then it does the hot/cold/hot thing which is irritating. There's no restaurant in the evening, it's a four star hotel, it should have a restaurant, and it should make it clear on the web site. Likewise TV, it's nice to be able to chill out for an hour and grab a bit of telly, in 90% of 4* hotels there's a good selection of channels, not just the news in English, not here, it's the news or nothing. The minibar, I'm no great drinker, but again I expect a mini bar to have drinks in it, not this one, you have to get your own, the fridge is in place, just empty - not good enough. And last but by no means least, breakfast, 19 Euros, come on. Clearly they have a problem with people using the minibars and not paying hence the lack of drinks, but they then charge a huge amount for breakfast, but half the time no one actually knows who's had it. We were asked for our room number once on four days.
Bit of management required I think.

The property is as advertised, and experienced elsewhere in the world. It is a Four Points by Sheraton standard hotel. It was comfortable and safe, with the staff friendly enough. I left something in the room and returned five days later and it was returned to me. I appreciated that very much. The wireless internet was very weak on the fifth floor and third floor. The balconies that open up to the street don't really look out onto anything particular, just a street on the outside of the central city. The key is to walk to the rail and take the train into the main area of town. Modern and clean, with TV audio played in the bathrooms. Interesting.

It is located just a few minutes walk from subway station. it took a while to check in as the reception area is not so spacious and not many staff attended. I think public space of ground floor is bit too tight compared to the guest room capacity. However the room was comfortable and clean.
