Quite close to Hbf - an easy five minute walk with suitcases. Good wifi throughout hotel. I stayed on 7th floor so very quiet.
Interesting hotel room layout- the bedroom was on the mezzanine floor.
Breakfast was great. Would consider using it next time.

Went in February earlier this year. Done everything you needed was very good value clean, hot shower and spot on location. Stayed for two nights would recommend the breakfast if anything had too much choice. staff at the hotel couldn’t do another and all could speak perfect English. Special mention to Daniel the barman top lad and huge Munich fan.

The hotel itself is very good. We would highly recommend the buffet breakfast and dinner (if you're an Accor Club member you also get a bit discount). We booked a non-smoking room but upon arrival, it was obvious that a previous guest had smoked in the room. It reeked. But the hotel staff quickly moved us to another non-smoking room (albeit on a smoking floor). The concierge Sebastian is very helpful and obliging. He often assisted us with a variety of things like taxis and post. The only bad thing about the hotel is its location. While it is only a short walk from the Hauptbahnhof, it's also in a rather seedy location. There were constantly people shouting or carrying on in the street below. It didn't feel particularly safe late at night, especially on the Saturday night. The hotel itself is very good but if you are sensitive to noise, you might need to reconsider.

The staff at this hotel bent over backwards for us. It was very refreshing to experience this kind of service. The rooms were clean and modern. The minibar was free which was a nice extra. Parking was right next door with an elevator directly into the hotel. The restaurant was great. The location is just a block from the main train station. It really is in a great location to sights and shopping. Some of the reviews that I read previous to my stay said the the area was somewhat seedy. I didn't find that to be the case at all. Yes there are hostels on the same block but I never felt unsafe in any way. I would gladly stay here again.

We stayed here for 3 nights, arriving by train from Prague, and it was an easy walk from the Hauptbanhoff even with luggage. Many tours also leave from the station so it's well placed for that too.
It was also an easy walk to Marienplatz and all the sites there.
We booked a Privilege Room which included a free minibar, coffee machine and breakfast. It also said 'courtyard view' but really it was 'service area outlook' and quite noisy on one of the nights ( crashing of bottles dumped in skip, laundry trolleys creaking over cobblestones, staff conversing loudly ) The room itself was comfortable although the included Internet access was patchy, requiring several visits to reception to get new access codes.
Breakfast was a comprehensive buffet and we also had an enjoyable dinner, available early after a busy day which had not allowed time for lunch.

Room Tip: Although the ' courtyard view' from the Privilege Rooms is not that great, there is no stree...
