My colleagues and me stopped for a drink in Kilian's. The visit to Munich was by that time most enjoyable. First of all, you can not order small draught beer. Why? Beats me. There is one in the offer, but they do not serve it. So, even though large beer is too much for me, I HAD to order one. It is forced order, since obviously they can, but won't pour beer in smaller glass. Second, and more important thing, while in the pub the rain started pouring heavily. Since we were in Munich for business, we were in the hurry to get to the meeting. All taxi vehicles that we saw there came on call. We have asked personnel to call us a cab. The waitress was happy to help, but some guy - Mario - did not allow saying it is a pedestrian zone and taxes do not pass there. First, that is not true since we saw several of them. Second, what is that his problem? We would arrange with taxi driver where to wait for us. All we needed was a phone call or phone number. Since the rain did not stop, we have called our trip organizer who is German to talk to them and ask them to help us, just calling a taxi. So, German lady is calling German guy (that fellow Mario) talked to him in German, and he ended phone call saying: I haven't understand a thing (?!?!!). Obviously, for some reason, he had no intention to help us as guests of the pub he works in. There are so many beautiful restaurants and cafes in Munich, there certainly won't be any need for us to visit this one in particular, since hospitality and forwardness are very much important, and we did not find any of that at Kilian's and we have found beer, coffee and other stuff from their menu everywhere else.
