The Eurostars Grand Central in Munich is a really nice hotel. Very reasonably priced. The rooms are comfy and spacious. The hotel is well appointed. We did not eat at the hotel. We picked the hotel because it seemed to be the nicest hotel near the main train station. We were passing through for one night while on a European train adventure. And we wanted to hit the usual Munich sights. However, we were led to believe this hotel was closer to the train station than it really was. It was a good walk. So if you arent up for the walk, hit the U-bahn, or take a taxi. There is a U-bahn station about a block away. There are places to eat, and shops there where you can buy your essential items as needed. That came in handy. And having the U-bahn so close made exploring the city on a limited time schedule very easy. The desk staff was very helpful in directing us to where we wanted to go, providing a map, and instructions on which U-bahn trains to take, etc. We had a nice stay there.
