This is probably the worst 4 start hotel I’ve stayed in for the last few years. This hotel is OK for 1 or 2 stars but it has nothing to do with a 4 star hotel and 100 EUR per night. Said this, the hotel is clean, the bathroom new and the beds are comfortable. We requested in our booking mail a quite non-smoking room, we arrived at 14.00 h and we got a smoking room in the frirst floor just in front of the elevators, when we asked to change the room the answer was they were fully booked. About service… we asked where we could go for dinner and the answer was they did not know any restaurant. The breakfast’s very basic, one day we went down at 09.00, everything was almost finished, when asking for getting something else the answer was that if we wanted to choose we had to have breakfast earlier (you do not get this answer even in a hostel!!). After 3 nights, and for the same price, we moved to the Mercure Fontana, a real 4 star hotel nearby. I will never ever stay here again even when this hotel is in front of one of the branches of the company I work for.
