My single-bed room is a bit on the small side but it's comfortable and pretty much complete. Furnishings include a desk with a fixed-height chair and wall-mounted fluorescent lamp; wall-mounted television; open hanging-space and shelves; large built-in suitcase stand; minibar; and a safe. The bathroom is strictly functional, and the towels (which bear the date 2009) are very thin. Most of the usual little bottles and packets are provided. Things that I would have expected but weren't included are: a box of tissues (provided by the front desk on request); a coffee-maker; power-bar or power outlets at the desk (I had to crawl on the floor under the overhanging television set to get to the one available outlet near the desk).

The wired Internet is free for medium-speed service (good enough for casual web-browsing and even Skype video chats), and costs €10 per day (or €5 for four hours) for high-speed service. The breakfast buffet (included in the room price) is impressive in its range, quality, and presentation. Service at breakfast and the front-desk is friendly and helpful. Apples, water, and juice are always available free at the front desk.

Non-speakers of German should note that the hotel seems geared mostly to domestic travelers, and is less bilingual than a typical modern European business hotel. Most linguistic aspects of this hotel -- information, breakfast service, website, etc -- are in German only. However, the front-desk staff speak adequate English.

Use this hotel as a base, if you're doing a city break great location. Was a 27 minute journey from stuttgart airport on the bahn. And literally a 10 minute walk to hotel.So close to the s bahn and shopping area great places to eat.
The bar is not great though but you can visit others bars locally! Room was a little small but very clean and compact. The breakfast was good also but not quite be enough to fit everyone in, good choice of foods available. Shopping is good with a wide arrangement of all sort plus the city is pretty this time of year. I would reccomend this hotel for a city break if you were staying a night or two.

This hotel is centrally located and less than 5 minute walk from central station. The bed and the mattress was good, I could sleep very well. For some reason, all Stuttgart hotels seem to me to be quite pricy, at least 10-20% more expensive than other hotels in Germany (which are in a comparable location). So it is probably not this' hotel fault beeing expenisve. However, next time I would try to get a room at the Motel One next to this one. Breakfast coffee was a nice and tasty surprise, and you can order different egg dishes as well. The rest of the breakfast is ordinary and as expected. Currently (OCT 12) there is a construction site nearby, but the Germans dont start working before 7am. I have expected free wireless for this price but was a bit disappointed. It is not a fancy hotel, I dont understand if they think that the decoration in the lobby is funny (empty bags from different stores etc). The room furniture is definitely very very ordinary.

Lovely big, clean room with a nice big bathroom and all the amenities for a pleasant stay.

The breakfast buffet is very good with plenty of diversity.

The hotel is well located about 100m from the main train station and just off the main shopping street.
