Well located next to the exhibition center, local shops and restaurants. Metro was about 30 mtrs away

I guess if you look for an hotel close to the airport this one is well positioned. For the city center this is pretty far, almost 30 minutes by a train. The train station is right across the street though.

The service is not good. There is always that one receptionist which is nice that make you feel bad for writing this but generally they sit in a small office behind the front desk and they do a favor for approaching you. Also they are not eager to help.
The restaurant does not have enough selection and the area nearby does not have many places also.

The rooms are new and great but the standard ones contain no bathtub. If I had to stay near the airport I might have considered this hotel but not for any other purpose.

Just stayed in this hotel on a business trip last week. Great we presented hotel with all the normal things you'd want in a city hotel.
Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
Would stay again.

Only one little draw back, it is near the railway and if your window is open you'll catch the morning trains.

Spent one night here on business. Hotel is located close to the airport and a short drive along the autobahn to Stuttgart. Although quite large, 200+ rooms, it has the feel of a much smaller hotel and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The building is modern and well designed and the rooms very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the hotel has its own microbrewery on site.
