A small intimate well decorated restaurant. Here for a special occasion and took the 69€ menu. First up was a salmon tartare complimentary dish from the kitchen. This was followed by a starter of calamari spaghettini and a prawn served on beetroot slices with a tangy walnut dressing beautifully presented. The fish course was St Peters fish on pferlingen mushrooms a good sized portion of fish well cooked without being over done. The main course was a dish of beef cuts served on a tasty saffron cauliflower I don’t like cauliflower but this was great. My wife's main was sea bass offered as a substitute for the main course without any problem. This was followed by a generous cheese selection with a great variety of cheeses and then a desert of different berries a mouse a tart etc. The meal ended with complimentary petit fours which were great as well. Service was unobtrusive and friendly attentive without flunkying. Dinner two glasses of Prosecco and a reasonable bottle of wine 189 €. Why this place does not have a Michelin star is beyond me it is certainly as good as some of the starred places in mannheim and Heidelberg. Not cheap but money well spent I’d go back again. €€€
