I stayed in this hotel for 11 nights. IMHO, this is not a 4 star hotel, but a 3 star. This hotel is very popular among German business travellers and is pretty busy during the workdays. However, it was almost empty during the weekend.
I got a free-of-charge parking lot in the "Tiefgarage" for the whole stay as a "gift".
The location is great. Quiet street just next to the city center.
It is clean.
Wireless is free of charge
It is an old hotel, more than 20 years and I guess no major reconstruction of the interior took place. As a consequence, they have keys and no key cards. This is very annoying, the keys are large and heavy so one does not want to carry it and leave in at the reception desk. When you are used to cards, it can happen that you forget to lock the room.
The elevator always stops at the reception floor. So when I went to pick up something in the car, it took me quite a long time, since it stop both on a way down and on a way up. I found this really annoying.
The cleaning lady did not respect the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on my room. She knocked, woke me up and demanded to clean without even saying sorry. This really should not happen.
I waited for my keys twice for more than 3 minutes as there was nobody on the reception desk. Strange and annoying.
The room was very small for 4 star hotel.
There was curtain in the shower, which I hate.
