We checked out the menu from the board outside and were looking forward to a nice local dinning experience . Presumably the gentleman in dark chef outfit was the " manager " who was the only positive personnel out of the 4 service staffs in the whole establishment. We ended spending about €300 for a party of 8 ( 5 children ) with only one bottle of wine , so it is really not that cheap and cheerful and claimed by one of the reviewer. We ordered the fondue which were nice , they missed one dish out of the 5 enfant menus , my poor son was waiting for almost 30 mins before it finally arrived ( take other that I had highlighted it to the waitress who took our order and subsequently to 2 more waiters before they finally " got it " . When we left at 9.15 pm, there were 3 groups of people trying to get in and were turned away because they were full. So , even with such poor service and mediocre food, they are still going well. Shame ...... I reckon they could move their themselves up a few notches if they just put in some effort at the front of the house and their in house specialties like fondue and raclette will take them where they want to be ( or not if they don't care ) Will I return ? Unlikely .
