I went to eat in this restaurant the first time like 15 years ago and I remembered it as one oft he best culinary experience I ever had, so I was curious to try again and to see if the level was still so impressive.
Mounsiere Paul Bocuse will wait you and greet you at the door at the restaurant and this is really an honor considering how old he is: I was a bit worried that since he is no more in the kitchen the food quality would suffer from this, but I have to say that was not the case!
We decide to go with the ‘’medium’’ menu, since I remember that I didn’t like some plates of the bigger one (don’t kill me but I really didn’t likethe famous truffle soup!).
All the dishes were delicious and more important the portion were really huge! I’m still dreaming my lobster entrè and also the pigeon was superb!
A special note for the amazing tables of the cheese and the dessert: please leave some space in your stomach for them!
The only small negative thing was the wine list, with a huge selection of French wine but limited or non existant for the rest of the world.
A special thanks for the Italian waiter (sorry I forgiot your name): he was really kind and he also found a cigarette for me!!
If you can spend that kind of money, I really suggest to try it, also for the honor of having a picture with Paul Bocuse!
