Over all great , location good , not close to city centre or shops but bus stop is only 30 seconds away and the 4 or so buses that pass will take you any where in the cite you like. 30 second walk outside of the hotel door. The park . And its quite nice, you could spend 2 days to see it in full . . Food well just 30 seconds again you have 5 or so restaurants to choose from . We only went to one both nights we ate out as it was great cite33 . the staff well dressed , the restaurant very good food and good staff. Breakfast was the best in Europe thus far.
The bar , Nice But Little pricy and staff a tad smug . . The rooms very modern, the heating could be a tad better, but still ok, the only thing I would say is the staff at the reception could have a little better training when it comes to tourist looking to find things to do and where to go , they did try but on a few occasions we were sent to the wrong place, and not alot of help with what to do in lyon, But I guess it's more set up for business type stays. So us Australians looking to explore the area are like black sheep. .
But all in all they tried and were friendly . thumb s up !!!
Something we found on our own and is a
