When we travel in France for business we usually use the Ibis chain of hotels which are very impersonal but fulfil what we need. So it was a very pleasant surprise to stay at this Ibis where the staff were very welcoming, helpful, gave personal attention and created a really lovely atmosphere for the visitor. One felt that you were being treated as an individual rather than just another number. Well done Ibis Lyon Gerland Pont Pasteur
