The location is great, the place is spacious. The pleasant upstairs floor is however rarely open, and I wondered why when people are crammed downstairs fighting for a table in the sun. The table service is terrible. You are welcomed by grumpy faces that make you feel like you are a nuissance. Not sure why, as they imediately forget you are even there. The food is ok, slightly pricy for the decreasing size of the portions. Very expensive tea. Skip it (it will cost you at least another hour's wait...) and go to the nearby coffee/tea places, where you are greeted with a smile and not just when you pay.
