If you're looking for comfort, excellent food and impeccable service in Courcehevel without breaking the bank then look no further than the Hotel Saint Louis.
My partner and I enjoyed a weeks stay in March 2014 and were greeted with warm smiles on arrival. Whilst small and cosy and definitely of the boutique family, the Saint Louis is contemporary in design. The bar and lounge with real fireplace are comfortable areas to relax in after a wet and windy day on the mountain. Tea and cake served daily at 4.30 is also a treat as are canapés and champagne at 7pm - all included in the price.
It's the dinner service though which really shows Saint Louis in it's best light; well thought out options, amble portions and extremely tasty. The bar and restaurant drinks prices aren't too shocking either, whilst you'll not get lager cheaper than home the extensive wine list has plenty to choose from and lots which aren't going to require a second mortgage.
The rooms were small but comfortable, with Molton Brown products supplied and dressing gowns and water bottles a nice touch too. Towels were changed just once in the week but 'm sure if we had requested new ones at any point that wouldn't have been an issue.
All in all, we had a great stay. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful but especially Neil who is a real star.
Thanks Hotel Saint Louis!
