We stayed here (two adults & two children) for 7 nights. The room is a small, self contained apartment but was more than adequate for us. Bunk beds were in the small hallway next to the front door and bathroom, whilst the larger living room had a small kitchenette (no kettle but did have a coffee percolator), a large table and a pull out sofa bed. Everything worked and it was neutrally decorated and baring in mind how little time we spent there it was absolute fine.
The building isn't staffed 24/7 so you have to use electronic key pads to enter. Same goes for the ski lockers which are located just outside the main doors.
Location wise it is a 2 minute walk to the ski buses and a 5 minute walk into the centre of town. There is a small square with a few bars and restaurants virtually next door, but there's far more variety in town. There's also a lovely bakery the other side of the square which was absolutely perfect for our daily croissants and for our packed lunches on the slopes.
The only negatives I would give would be the lack of free wifi in the rooms (€10 does, however, get you roughly 172 hours of internet), no free safe and the occasional noise levels from the street outside.
If you don't mind catching a bus to the slopes, then this is a great place to stay and one that we will definitely look to use again.
