For our first time in Chamonix, we were impress by the service, quality and the practical location of this hotel, near the "rue principale = main street" in downtown Chamonix. Close access to the bus station and great restaurants, also walking distance to Brevert-Flagère ski station if you do not want to take the bus.
I understand why they call themselves "Hotel de charme", Maria (hotel director) and her staff are really focus on customer satisfaction, making sure that we are comfortable during our stay, proposing good restaurants and taking care of any reservations if needed.
Nice breakfast buffet in the morning and they also offer coffee, tea, cakes and cookies to their guest in the afternoon.
And having the possibility to relax our muscles in a sauna room and jacuzzi pool is an extra benefit well appreciated.
Great place to recommend
