Decent hotel, although it is a bit removed from the lifts.
However, the staff have been incredibly annoying in terms of addressing my request for a copy of my bill (which was given to a travel companion, despite it being charged to my card). I was initially told it would take 5 mins. After about an hour, I called back and was told it would take an hour. Several hours have now passed. I am still without my paperwork, and the staff are now refusing to commit to any sort of timescale. The staff seriously need a good talking to, because they are far too relaxed about their jobs.
To give a further example: I needed a transfer from the hotel to Geneva airport, so I asked the hotel to arrange this (surely, this is a simple task?). The person helping me gave me only a list of phone numbers for me to call from my UK phone. Two of the numbers did not work (no reply) and another was written down incorrectly by the person helping me. In the end, I had to sort it out completely on my own. Really amateurish.
