4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 29, 2013

Nice hotel, very central and comfortable. There were nice coffee makers in the rooms, though only one cup per person (we asked for another 2 pods, but there were none available). Parking available but a bit pricey at 14 odd quid a night, and is down the street.

Short walk from train and bus stations. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and spacious room on the 7th floor (I think there are a maximum of 8 rooms per floor). Comfortable bed, quiet air-con, effective double glazing. Breakfast was the usual hotel fare but there are plenty of cafes' offering better and cheaper within walking distance. Night life is simply wining and dining in the many competitive restaurants in the locality

Room Tip: Upper floor rooms with a balcony overlooking the park or street for views, people watching and pre...

Situated very close to old city and easy to walk to most sights and the lake. Staff speak English. Comfortable rooms especially the bed. Lift very small. Very good hotel. Private parking is very secure though £14:00 per night.

This was a lovely hotel in a great location. Clean, tidy and modern. Good bed, very comfy - the room and bathroom were tiny. Dinners were lovely, although the dining room tended to get a bit stuffy with lots of people in it.

I would recommend this hotel

Great location for a very special place, the receptonists where very friendly and helpful. found the hotel lto be functional and very clean, didn't bother with the breakfast as there was plenty of places to have breakfast around the hotel, the old town is only a five minute walk, we parked in a free car park, but b about a 15 minute walk from the hotel, beware of which days they have markets.

good hotel. We had a really nice room (406) which was actually one of the nicest rooms we had in a long time. Very modern! The air con was quiet and efficient, the room was spotless, and the beds very comfortable, the room quiet, and the sleep quality very good.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the old town. It has private parking, where you can put your car into an underground car park and lock it in an individual garage. Great for a valuable car.

Breakfast was excellent, with very friendly staff!

Room Tip: 406 was a nice room on the corner

The hotel was very average.
The room was very average with a very dull view.
The lift was below average , very very small for the amount of rooms.
The location is close to bus station and train station but a little walk from the lake and the beautiful streets of annecy.
I expected a lot more from Best Western Hotels
