This farm also has a shop in Rue de Commune in St. Remy that sells their products at the same price. Last year they won the gold medal at the prestigious Paris competition for Provence olives. However, I'd strongly recommend that you visit the farm. It is in a lovely setting off the Maillane to Les Beaux road. the entry to the farm is a field of petunia like flowers in long strips of red purple blue and white. You are invited to visit theexhibition behind the shop which shows the development of the farm over 5 generations up to and including the latest technology used to produce the 5 different varieties of olive oil they produce. You are invited to taste the different varieties of oil as well as the tapenades and the wonderful jams - allof which are for sale in the sop which is attached. About 3 miles from St. Demy
