We tried the prix fix Menu Apilles for E 34. Started with seafood appetizer platter of raw oysters, boiled shrimp and snails. My wife had the the fois gras au gratin. Both were great. Monkfish bouillabaisse was as good as we had read. Finished with chocolate fondant with molten center and strawberry Napoleon. Waitress recommended rose, Dom. L'Eole E22 witch went well with seafood. Sat in garden by the fountain on a cool July evening surrounded by beautiful French families and couples.
